Our very own Theresa Do (AKA Rae) is once again making the trek from San Francisco to LA...on her bike! For those of you who aren't so great at geography, that's a whopping 545 miles, which she'll be riding in 7 days. Let's support her journey as she raises awareness and funds for people living with HIV and AIDS. Lets also support the fact that her team's name is SHE WOLF ATTACK TEAM...that's badass.

I'm Riding to End AIDS

From June 5 - June 11, 2016, I'll be a RIDING 545 miles in 7 days from San Francisco to Los Angeles to help to make a world of difference in the lives of people living with HIV and AIDS. As a first-time rider, I'll be spending a week on the road pedling my way with much gusto! With that said, I'm trying to raise a very minimal amount as a contribution and could use your help. This will be my inagural trip as a rider and my goal is to help raise $5,000 as contribution to the cause. However, exceeding this goal will be tremendous! Maybe forgo your coffee for the day and donate it here? :-) Anything helps and EVERY single dollar counts!

Here is where the money goes & how you can help:

$2,500 can help four HIV-positive people receive safe and stable housing situations for one month.
$1,000 covers a full year of medical supply costs for 55 patients
$1,000 funds one client receiving Post Exposure Prophylaxis
$250 provides Rapid HIV Antibody tests to 20 clients
$175 provides HIV prevention counseling sessions to 20 teenagers
$150 provides comprehensive HIV/STD testing to 1 client
$100 provides Hepatitis A and B vaccinations to 1 client
$25 covers the treatment medication for 1 client infected with an STD
$10 buys 143 condomes that Health Education and Prevention Programs will distribute
